In the food industry various project possibilities can be handled from the development of new products, the optimisation of production methods up to the market introduction of new ideas of product.
My education started with the classic part of the mechanical engineering studies at the University of Stuttgart. After the intermediate exam I specialized in the field of chemical engineering and food technology. My first working relationship was as a project engineer in the research and development department of a food manufacturing company. Activities of prime importance in this department were planning and executing development projects at pilot and production plants.
